Dear guests, we welcome your arrival. Let’s create a summer miracle together! Here are some rules that will make creating this miracle easier.

BASIC AND SAFETY RULES

The reception is open from 9:00 a.m. until 21:00 We have lunch/dinner breaks, if you can’t find us at the reception, please call: +370 670 13245.
Quiet time: 11:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Silence is required at this time.
Respect other guests, staff and the hotel environment.
The administration has the right to request your identity document.
Arrival time is from 3:00 p.m., departure time is until 11:00 a.m.
Unless otherwise agreed, the services are paid for in advance.
Please coordinate late arrival or departure and the possibility of leaving luggage with the administration in advance.
If the guest leaves after 11:00 a.m., but no later than 6:00 p.m., he pays half (50%) of the one-day contractual rental price, if after 6:00 p.m. – 100 percent contract prices.
In case of missing the set or agreed time, the administration does not refund the part of the fee for the missed time.
Services reserved and confirmed, but not used by guests, are not compensated.
Advance reservations are confirmed upon advance payment of the reservation fee.
In case of cancellation or no-show, the cancellation fee is the reservation fee.
Guests can visit the common recreation areas without additional payment. The person who booked the room is responsible for the damage caused by such persons.
The lessor reserves the right not to admit unwanted persons.
Guests are welcome with animals for a deposit of 15 EUR (except for cases where only a bed in a shared bedroom is reserved, unless all beds are booked) and undertake to maintain order. Maintain cleanliness in the rented premises and environment. The deposit is returned upon departure if there is no damage.
Expensive items, money, documents, etc. we recommend storing valuables in the lockers installed at the reception (deposit 5 EUR). The Landlord is not responsible for valuables left and/or lost in the room or on the terrace and/or damage caused to them.

OTHER TERMS

Parents or other persons looking after children are responsible for the behavior and safety of children. If the Lessee suffered losses due to the actions of minors, the children’s parents or guardians must compensate them.
In the event of a gross violation of the Tenant’s internal and safety rules, the administration has the right to demand the guest(s) to check out before the previously set deadline and to compensate for the damage and losses incurred.

IT IS PROHIBITED IN GUESTHOUSES

Push furniture (without administration permission).
Keep flammable materials in the rooms.
Damage inventory.
More persons are accommodated in the room than indicated to the administrator.
Leave electrical appliances on.
Use electrical devices, except when those devices are taken from the administration or when the administration is warned in advance about the use of such devices. (It is allowed to use various chargers: computers, phones; shavers; hair dryers).
Listening to loud music, making noise or otherwise causing inconvenience to other tenants by their behavior.
During the night (23:00 – 8:00) make loud noises and prevent other guests from sleeping.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and balconies. The fine is 50 euros. For your safety, all rooms are equipped with fire alarms.
Do not leave small children (under 12 years old) unattended in the rooms.
Without informing the administration, bring outsiders to the territory of the guest house or the room.
Bringing life-threatening tools, equipment or weapons into the territory of the guest house.

TENANTS MUST

Comply with the Lessor’s internal order and safety rules, general terms and conditions, fire safety rules, rules for safe behavior in water.
After settling in the room, check the items and inventory in it.
Report non-functioning or damaged items to the administration immediately.
When leaving, give the door key to the administrator and, after making sure that all services have been paid, hand over the occupied room.
To compensate material losses caused by the fault of the guests themselves or guests invited by them.
When leaving the room, make sure that all electrical devices (lights, computer, other electrical devices) are properly turned off, all hot and cold water taps are tightly closed.
When leaving, make sure that the room is securely locked, windows and balcony doors are closed.
Notify the administration about a fault found in the guest’s room.
If the number key is lost or damaged, a fine of 10 euros must be paid.
In the event of an emergency, immediately call the general emergency number 112 and inform the administration by phone: +370 670 13245. The general emergency number 112 calls the police, fire brigade and ambulance. You can find a first aid kit at the reception.

GUEST HOUSE PREMISES MAINTENANCE AND GUEST SERVICE

The premises, equipment, furniture and bedding must be clean and tidy.
Without disturbing the rest of the guests, the staff can repair small rooms and inventory.
Administration works 24/7. If the administration is not on site, please contact: +370 670 13245.
For security purposes, the administration has the right to enter guest rooms.
After finding abandoned items and if possible, the administration immediately returns them to their owners. If the owner is not found, the left items are stored for one month.
Bed linen is changed at least once every five days.
Towels can be changed every two days. To change towels, contact the administration.
When guests behave criminally (in violation of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania), the administration always turns to the competent authorities.

STATEMENTS AND REQUESTS

In order to improve the quality of the services provided, the administration is always waiting for guests’ requests and suggestions.
The request and offer book is kept at the reception.

These rules are made in order to ensure your peaceful and safe vacation.
